Praise be to God who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know, and prayers and peace be upon the best teacher known to mankind, our example, Muhammad, may God bless him and his pure and good family.
The Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Mashreq National University is keen to prepare pharmacists with high scientific skills in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. To have the honor of serving the community, and realizing the great responsibility that the pharmacist bears in society, and the importance of his role in the life of every member of our people, and keen on preparing and supplying the health sector in Iraq with qualified pharmacists, with high experience commensurate with the seriousness of the responsibility entrusted to them, and that is from By presenting an academic program that responds to international standards, is compatible with developments in pharmaceutical sciences, and serves the requirements of the local and regional labor market.
The College of Pharmacy pursues a distinguished academic system, in which it has adopted a well-articulated and updated study plan, covering all specialized fields in pharmaceutical and clinical sciences, while providing all capabilities, whether at the level of specialized scientific cadres or laboratories and classrooms equipped with the latest technology and teaching methods.
Believing in the importance of the culture of scientific research, the College of Pharmacy encourages conducting academic and student scientific research with the support of the university administration. By providing infrastructure and research laboratories; To raise the level of scientific research, in addition to strengthening relations with governmental, Arab and international universities in order to deepen and support research and knowledge cooperation.
From my position as Dean of the College of Pharmacy and on behalf of the College Board and Administration, I wish God Almighty for success and progress for all of our students in this year and the coming years.

The College of Pharmacy is considered one of the important faculties of the medical group, and the countries of the world, including Iraq, have paid great attention to graduating cadres specialized in various fields of pharmacy through communication with basic sciences in this field. Modern medicine now relies on scientific foundations in diagnosing and treating various diseases, including Choosing the right medication with the least side effects.
Pharmacology is still one of the basic and important fields of knowledge in the world, and there is a growing global need for pharmacy staff, and for the purpose of raising qualified pharmacists with pharmaceutical knowledge and training them in modern technologies and laboratories, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Mashreq University decided to go along with this urgent need in the world in general, and has prepared For this purpose, all the necessary requirements of an integrated teaching staff, high-tech classrooms in the field of teaching, and laboratories equipped with the necessary laboratory supplies and laboratory furniture.
Graduates of preparatory studies (scientific branch) who have distinguished degrees and are among the first in this college are accepted, and the period of study in the College of Pharmacy is five years, after which the graduate is granted a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, and the examinations in the College of Pharmacy are according to the course system.
